Bosco thought he was super-dog, being allowed on the no-dog couch! His only permission came just for this pastel study. I marveled at how he acted like the English language was his own. When I asked his young owner to pretend being asleep, Bosco would follow my directions too! Whatever my instructions, Bosco would obey.

This pair was just what I wanted. My idea was to show these friends resting after hours of play outdoors, nap time.
